By accessing or using PRAIX ("the Service"), operated by Tigris Tech Labs ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
PRAIX is an AI-powered customer relationship management and prospecting platform designed for commercial insurance professionals. The Service includes a web application, mobile application, and associated AI features.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service; (d) upload malicious code; (e) use the Service to spam or harass others; (f) resell or redistribute the Service without authorization.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into PRAIX. We do not claim ownership of your CRM data, prospect information, notes, or any other content you create. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
PRAIX uses artificial intelligence to generate research summaries, email drafts, call scripts, and other content. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes and should be reviewed before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.
The Service integrates with third-party providers including Anthropic, Perplexity, OpenAI, Apollo.io, and others. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services.
Certain features may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing terms, and plan details will be communicated separately. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TIGRIS TECH LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tigris Tech Labs from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page or by contacting us.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
